The website of the Met Office, with good short term forecasts. Recently redesigned (2007) and even better than before.

European Pressure Chart
This chart comes via the German weather site wetterzentrale.de and gives a 24 hour synoptic forecast for those more scientifically minded.
Weatherjack is primarily aimed at the British soaring fraternity - sailplanes, hang gliders and paragliders. However, the links should be useful to aviators and indeed, to the knowledgeable general public.

Gives actual weather and sea information from marine stations located around the UK.
